Self-Esteem Consulting
Given that self-esteem has profound consequences for every aspect of our existence,
the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center offers workshops that are carefully structured to help
individuals identify and rectify past behaviors and attitudes.
The value of self esteem not only allows us to feel better but it also allows us to live better.
High self esteem enhances our ability to face life’s challenges, persist in the face of adversity
and be more open, honest, and appropriate in our communications.
The Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center will employ a trained facilitator who can teach participants
the skills needed to improve their self-esteem so that they can gain self-confidence, build
character, and live life purposefully.
Prior to the start of the training a pre-assessment will be given to all participants in order
to guage the knowledge and understanding each participant holds about self-esteem.
Following the training a post-assessment will be conducted to further track progress and interpretation
of the material, and to evaluate the outcome and quality of the training.
